Who is responsible for the mess our Government is in? Is it those rascally Republicans or those Damned Democrats? Is it just the natural progression of the way we established our Government or is it an excess by the Congress. Don't blame the President(s) they just guide the Ship of State.
We have been truly blessed to have a form of Government that has taken us to great heights. Have we dug a hole so low that we will all die when we fall in it?
